What's Next?
Step OneMake sure you placed your Kombucha in a darken, draft free, cozy location.
|
Step TwoTaste daily starting on day 5 of brew.
We use a shot glass, but really any glass will do. Just keep in mind that only you know when your Kombucha is ready. |
Step ThreeIt's time to bottle once you have found the balance between sweet & tangy that you desire. We happen to like it at day 7 most of the time. Everyone is different & you can really find your sweet spot by allowing your batch to go for different lengths for the first few batches.
